QK1235 CNC Pipe Threading Lathe

 

 

QK1235 CNC pipe threading lathe is a newly designed machine developed on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign technology. Rigidity of headstock is increased by using large span headstock and more reasonable spindle bearing arrangement. Size of main ways is increased. Strength, dynamic and static rigidity of machine is improved. Mechanical structure of main assemblies is more reasonable. It is a high rigidity, high precision, accuracy maintained and functional CNC pipe threading lathe, efficient and user-friendly, with nice appearance and ideal function to prevent any leakage. This machine is controlled by FANUC control. It is designed specially for threading of casing and tubing in petroleum industry.
